Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (UAE)

We offer Next Day Delivery across the UAE for all standard orders.

For remote areas, deliveries are scheduled on two designated days per week based on location.

• Free Shipping is available on all orders over AED 250.
• For orders below AED 250, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

You’ll receive email notifications with your order’s shipping and delivery updates as your order is processed and dispatched.

 

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping, shipping rates vary by destination and will be shown during checkout based on your shipping address.

Please note:

• Currently, returns are not eligible for international orders.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply based on their country’s regulations.

 

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00 PM are delivered the next day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the day after.

 

Order Tracking

You can track your order by logging in to your account. You will also receive email updates with your order status once it is processed.
